Omakase
Jens Ritter Omakase - Leave it to the chef

Omakase means "leave it to the chef" in Japanese. Essentially, you're telling the chef that you trust them to prepare the best possible meal for you. The chef takes into account any special requests or dietary restrictions you may have, and then creates a unique meal just for you.

During our dinner with my family, we came up with the fun idea of an "omakase guitar". The idea stuck with me for days, and I eventually decided that it was a great concept, especially for collectors of my instruments.

I introduced the first guitar at the NAMM Show in Los Angeles where it was very well received.
